For Self-Reliant USA Product Support
If you have questions about a Self-Reliant USA order, shipping, returns, refunds, or product use, please contact the vendor's customer support directly. We are an independent affiliate publisher and do not handle product orders or fulfillment.
—
Why Two Different Contacts?
We are an independent affiliate website that publishes information about self-reliance and home preparedness. When a reader purchases a product through a link on our Site, we may earn a commission.
We do not:
- Manufacture or ship the products
- Process orders or payments
- Handle returns or refunds
- Provide customer service for products
The vendor handles all product-related questions. We handle questions about our website itself.
—
Response Times
Website-related inquiries typically receive a response within 2–5 business days. For urgent product-related issues (orders, shipping, refunds), please contact the vendor directly — they will respond much faster than we can route the inquiry.
